Monthly Progress Goal: Fitness
My goal for this month is pretty simple: exercise. A few things are clear about humans, we need to eat healthy, exercise, and get enough sleep to feel good. We all know this, but I have been consistently bad about these basic things. That’s why I’m starting here.
Besides that, so. many. studies. and reputable sources have shown that regular exercise can improve mental health in addition to physical well-being.
I am not a fitness instructor or personal trainer, so I found this plan on the internet that I am going to try to follow. It has four workouts a week and when there is no workout I will try to walk outside for at least 10 minutes.
I weighed myself today on the first day just to get an idea of where I’m at. But that’s not the point of this goal – aka fitness not weight loss – so I won’t weigh my self at any other time during the month. (I am keeping a log of how much I lift though) Here’s to the first day of making progress!
